# Shipping Policy

At AgroHeavyParts, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, tracking, customs duties, and delivery conditions.

## Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volume, supplier delays, stock checks, or logistics delays, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

## Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer shipping through trusted courier and logistics partners.

For orders shipped to the United States, the estimated delivery time is generally:

- Standard delivery: **5–12 business days**

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, import inspections, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

## Shipping Costs

We currently offer **free standard shipping for orders shipped to the United States**, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If any paid shipping option is available, the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

## Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

## Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other fees required by the destination country.

AgroHeavyParts is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applied during or after shipping.

Customs policies vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are unsure about possible import charges.

If a package is delayed by customs, we are not responsible for the delay, but we will assist where reasonably possible.

## Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

AgroHeavyParts is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

## Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees were not paid, the customer may be responsible for:

- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees
- Handling or processing fees, where applicable

Refunds for refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will be reviewed after the package is returned and inspected.

## Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within **5 business days of delivery** at:

- Photos or videos of the damaged item

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Import inspections
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
