We ship worldwide with trusted carriers.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (depending on stock availability). After dispatch, delivery times vary by destination and courier service. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Because most items are spare parts, returns are accepted only under the conditions below:

  Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).

  Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  
• 
  Electrical/electronic parts, special orders, and custom items may be non-returnable.
  
• 
  If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  

To request a return, contact us with your order number, product details, and photos (if damaged). We will provide return instructions and approval before you ship the item back.
