# Returns and Refunds Policy

We have a **30-day return policy**, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

## Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, with all original labels, parts, accessories, documentation, and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

## How to Start a Return

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, please email us clear photos or videos showing:

- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The issue or damage

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or return instructions.

## Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Used, installed, modified, or damaged parts
- Electrical or electronic components that have been opened, installed, or used
- Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items missing original packaging, labels, accessories, documentation, or included parts
- Clearance, final sale, or discounted items where clearly stated at the time of purchase
- Gift cards

## Exchanges

We accept exchanges where applicable and subject to product availability.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

## European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, with all original labels, parts, accessories, documentation, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This right does not apply to items that are custom-made, special-order, personalized, used, installed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise exempt under applicable law.

## Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged before delivery.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

If the return is due to our error and approved by our support team, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after review.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.

## Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before placing an order.

Product names, part numbers, OEM numbers, equipment models, brand names, logos, and trademarks are provided for reference and compatibility purposes only.

If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your machine or equipment, please contact us before purchasing.

Returns due to incorrect ordering or compatibility mistakes may be accepted if the item meets our return conditions, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

## Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within **14 days**.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
